Job Summary

The Executive Office Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the COO and other senior executives, including the President and CEO of Werfen. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Manage calendars, make appointments, and prioritize sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Submit expenses via Concur and prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages.
  • Manage legal document requests, notarize documents as needed, and create purchase orders and process invoices through SAP.
  • Assist with HR initiatives, including organizing company events and managing charitable donations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage tasks of varying complexity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
