Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized assistance in diagnosing and rectifying electrical systems challenges throughout the product development process.
  • Engage collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and technical collaborators to resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform vehicle fault diagnostics utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and schematics.
  • Document and update faults via a cloud-based platform, addressing issues related to vehicle assembly.
  • Assist in the preparation of test vehicles, laboratory cars, and other setups for various testing procedures.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues in workshop environments and vehicle development initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions for Manufacturing and After-sales divisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a skilled electrical technician within the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle electrical networks and systems.
  • Expertise in diagnostic toolchains and laboratory equipment.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively.
  • Must possess flexibility, self-motivation, and strong communication abilities.
  • Educational background: HNC/HND or degree in electrical, electronic, or software engineering.
  • Valid driving license and unrestricted eligibility to work in the UK and EU.
