About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our Digital Business Programmes as the Head of Digital Business Programmes. This is a key role within Study Group Digital Learning, responsible for delivering high-quality academic programmes that meet the needs of our students and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of our Digital Business Programmes, ensuring they meet the highest academic standards and are aligned with the strategic goals of Study Group Digital Learning.
  • Provide leadership and management to a team of academic staff, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent student outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the programmes are relevant, effective, and meet the needs of our students and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of an innovative and quality-assured digital pedagogy, ensuring our programmes are at the forefront of digital learning.
  • Take responsibility for the academic standards, quality of learning opportunities, and accuracy of published information, ensuring they are managed appropriately and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Study Group Digital Learning.
  • Contribute to the Annual Monitoring Reports (AMRs) and progress against actions in the Centre Action Plan (CAP).
  • Support the development of the SGDL virtual learning environment (VLE) and other relevant digital apps and resources.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in business education, leadership, and management. You will have a bachelor's degree and a postgraduate qualification in a business subject, as well as a teaching qualification. You will also have experience of leading a team to achieve high levels of student academic performance and outcomes against agreed targets.

You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for digital learning and global education. You will have experience of teaching business to international students in the UK and be familiar with online delivery platforms and digital applications for programme delivery.
