The G6 programme manager will be responsible for leading the DPMI (Data Products and Management Information) portfolio of work.
This can be split into two main areas of effort across two different Home Office departments, DSA (Data Services & Analytics) and PRAU (Performance Reporting and Analysis Unit). The first is the adoption of new Immigration System data into critical Operational Products and MI reports. The second is the build and delivery of new MI reports from data derived from within the new Immigration System. The DPMI Programme Manager is responsible for the Commercial and Financial aspects of the Programme and the adoption of the new data into DSA’s Products. They will oversee the Supplier (100+ team/s) and hold them accountable to deliver against pressing milestones. They will also work closely with the PRAU Data Head of Profession to ensure discovery & delivery of MI reports are delivered against high-priority timelines.
Description of the Key Outcomes & Deliverables
Oversight and due diligence of prioritised activities to ensure value for money
Oversight and leadership on plans, risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Ownership of the DPMI Finances and approval of all related invoices.
Oversight of Person Centric Data Platform (PCDP) adoption delivery within DSA and Chair DSA Project Board, holding the Supplier to account.
Joint oversight of MI Delivery (With PRAU Data Head of Profession).
Resource allocation of circa 90 Supplier resources within DSA and due diligence of their on/offboarding across the remainder of the Programme
