About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through self-sourced and business leads
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and present digital advertising solutions to clients, negotiating and closing business contracts
  • Deliver revenue growth through account management, reporting, and exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor client spend and ROI, discussing new terms and strategies with clients as needed

Requirements
  • Ability to evidence success in a sales role (Field sales/Telesales)
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate, influence, and give advice to clients
  • Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook
  • Ability to present verbally to internal stakeholders and external clients, with excellent written skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, and common customer success/relationship management software such as Salesforce (CRM)
