Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Camp Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting briefings for all staff, providing on-site training, handling customer complaints and feedback professionally, and upholding and representing company policies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct briefings for all staff and provide on-site training to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Uphold and represent company policies effectively, maintaining a positive and professional image.
- Maintain accurate records of car park usage and revenue, providing valuable insights for business growth.
