About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Delivery Manager to join our team at Computershare. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that align with and support the employee share plans business objectives and global value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of content-driven marketing and communications initiatives in support of business thought leadership, sales support, and branding efforts.
  • Ensure marketing activities across the marketing delivery team are joined up and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple projects across the team and across jurisdictions.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality marketing through the team, bringing the brand to life across various types of creative such as video, web experiences, print and digital advertising, and events.
  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of virtual and physical events, including webinars, virtual and face-to-face client events, roundtables, industry events, and workshops.
  • Drive integrated planning globally on a prioritized, cross-region, cross-buyer set of global campaigns working with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience and a solid understanding of the different elements of the marketing mix, as well as knowledge of developing and executing short and long-term marketing plans.
  • An in-depth understanding of key business metrics, company goals, and initiatives.
  • Experience in building and measuring demand marketing programs that achieve growth objectives.
  • Strong administrative and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives, while being able to solve unique and complex problems.
  • A customer and market-driven orientation when approaching projects, strong project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching teams across different marketing functions, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop others.
  • The team will be located across multiple geographic regions and time zones.
