Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our UK Digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns from conception to launch.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives.
    • Provide detailed client reports and actionable insights into campaign performance.
  • Paid Media Channels
    • Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement.
    • Manage campaigns across multiple meta channels, including Snapchat, TikTok, and DV360.
    • Oversee day-to-day execution of paid media activities.
  • Budget Management
    • Manage the overall budget for paid media initiatives.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Paid Media Manager role or a Senior Paid Media Executive with a few years of experience.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients, colleagues, and large groups.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferred but not essential.
