Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and identify potential businesses that could benefit from our portfolio of products.
- Initiate outbound calls to businesses to introduce the company and services and generate interest.
- Establish needs and wants through use of open and closed questioning skills.
- Provide information: Clearly and effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services.
- Appointment setting: Schedule appointments for interested prospects to further discuss our services with our Sales Team.
- Follow-up: Maintain a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Database management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Proven experience in a Telesales role.
- Cold calling, telephoning, telemarketing & booking appointments.
- Experience within the Office Supplies beneficial.
- Proven track record in delivering sales results.
- To be self-motivated and driven to achieve various sales KPI's.
