Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pertemps Leeds. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering for new contracts and developing new business partnerships
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
