Trainee Application Support Specialist

Atrium Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Application Support Specialist to join their team. As a Trainee Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist support across a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users across various hardware and software platforms
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, tele systems, and networks
  • Liaise with third-party companies to ensure the unique needs of the business are met
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working with hardware and networks
  • Knowledge and understanding of C# and SQL Server
  • Experience in Python and Django would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing processes, coding standards, and version control
  • Full Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship cannot be provided)
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
