**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the growth and development of our Care service. As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality of care and playing a vital part in taking our office from a "Good" to "Outstanding" CQC standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement new care services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage the care journey of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services, making improvements as needed

**Requirements**

  • At least three years of experience in care management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
