Duration: Permanent role

Salary: £40,000/Year

Type: On-site | Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at iO Associates. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all support is provided in accordance with CQC rules, the company's policy, and any other applicable laws. You will also be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring that they meet all statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care services to adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health
  • Ensure that all support is provided in accordance with CQC rules, the company's policy, and any other applicable laws
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all statutory obligations are met

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering care services for adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high-quality care outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of CQC rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
