Job Description

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Adult Care

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Optimam Complex Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adult patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to adult patients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on disease management and self-care

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working with adult patients with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic life support (paediatric) and PMVA training
