The Role

We are looking for exceptional Luxury Retail Sales Assistant Managers & Management Trainees to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing sales floor operations, and developing long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Support your manager by holding regular 121s with the team, coaching and developing, and contributing towards creating a winning environment and celebrating success.
  • Sales Floor Management: In conjunction with the store manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and client needs are being met.
  • Stock Management: Support the Store Manager to review and analyse data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising.
  • Building Long Lasting Client Relationships: Take customer care to the next level, going the extra mile.
