We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Audit File Reviewer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality independent and objective file reviews to evaluate accountancy practices' compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and accurate file reviews to identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with our Product team to contribute to the development of technical, client, and competitor intelligence used to inform product decisions.
- Liaise with the Product Director and Managers to ensure that client needs are met and product solutions can be integrated with our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of external audit and accounts compliance regulation, including the ability to grasp changes and translate knowledge into practical guidance.
- Undertake a high degree of research to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and provide expert advice to clients.
- Apply technical knowledge clearly and practically to a range of client firms and situations.
- Experience of reviewing audit files or compliance work in practice is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and external parties.
- A high degree of organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
