Apprentice Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work Planning and Distribution: Plan and distribute the day-to-day works of Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Data Cascade: Ensure the accurate and timely cascade of data to the appropriate parties.
- Client and Tenant Communication: Answer and deal with phone calls from clients and tenants.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants, utilizing strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases.
- Employee Wellbeing Programme: Occupational health support, telephone support-counselling for staff.
