About the Role

The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK, with over 3,200 employees working from over 20 offices. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants.
  • Plan and coordinate the day-to-day works of our Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and distribute/communicate work accordingly.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely cascade of data.
  • Answer and deal with phone calls from clients and tenants.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative work experience, ideally in the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
