Job OverviewWe are seeking a diligent and professional Contract Administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of contracts, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, including terms and conditions, renewal dates, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract administration and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance contract administration efficiency.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
