Contract Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team at the Sureserve Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate the day-to-day works of our Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices, ensuring that all tasks are distributed and communicated accurately and on time.
- Data Management: Ensure the accurate and timely cascade of data to all relevant parties, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and inquiries from clients and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants, utilizing your organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases.
