Contract Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team at The Sureserve Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data delivery and communication to multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate daily works of our Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices.
- Ensure timely and accurate data cascade to relevant parties.
- Maintain up-to-date records through various mediums.
- Liaise with Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
- Handle phone calls from Clients and Tenants.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to develop and progress within the Company.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, IT systems, and databases.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Experience in handling high-volume calls.
