Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contractual relationships between Petards Defence and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of customer interaction for Petards Defence's repairs workflow, including fighting vehicles systems, legacy products, and other equipment as required.
- Manage all aspects of Petards Defence's legacy products workflow, involving execution of the full bid process from initial market engagement to fulfillment of order, including upselling product and services.
- Provide bid-support to the Head of Business Development for any major bids to customers.
- Hold a UK driving license.
- Capable of conducting UK-based or international travel, as and when company requirements dictate.
- Capable of holding UK Security Clearance (SC).
