About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Pin Point Recruitment. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical customer accounts, supporting their new and aftermarket requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and projects
  • Monitor account project process
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Upsell product and services to customers
  • Manage the full bid process from initial market engagement to fulfillment of order

Requirements:
