About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Academic Programmes Administrator. The role is initially a 2-year fixed-term contract or staff secondment.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant administration experience and be able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of coordinating complicated work-based projects, such as travel itineraries or cross-organizational schemes. They will also have a strong understanding of budget management and be able to process expenses, invoices, and payments to freelancers and contributors.

The role will involve maintaining the team's administration and operational processes, including programme contacts, engagements, and impact trackers. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Programme Coordinator to provide support to the Restorative Justice workstream of the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and document key project meetings
  • Organise travel bookings, arranging visa or entry requirements and insurance for the LoE team
  • Provide support for the team's day-to-day budget management
  • Maintain the team's administration and operational processes
  • Work with the Programme Coordinator to support the Restorative Justice workstream
