As a key member of the Guardian News and Media team, you will provide administrative support for the Academic Programmes team. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Support and document key project meetings
- Organise travel bookings, arranging visa or entry requirements and insurance for the team
- Provide support for the team's day-to-day budget management, processing expenses, invoices and payments to freelancers and contributors
- Maintain the team's administration and operational processes, including programme contacts, engagements and impact trackers
- Work with the Programme Coordinator to support the Restorative Justice workstream of the programme, including monitoring community engagement work
Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant administration experience
- Experience supporting multiple individuals concurrently and individuals based overseas
- Experience of coordinating complicated work-based projects, such as travel itineraries or cross-organisational schemes
