Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills while fostering a service-oriented atmosphere.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of control measures to align beverage costs, productivity, labor expenses, and operating supply costs with budgetary goals.
  • Prepare and review monthly budgets and forecasts for revenue and expenditures.
  • Conduct Duty Management shifts based on operational needs.
  • Analyze and submit month-end reports, identifying deviations from business objectives.
  • Participate in management meetings to assess progress towards business goals and contribute to the annual business plan for the outlet.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and sales departments to develop and measure profit enhancement initiatives.
  • Compile and present post-event promotion reports to senior management upon completion of promotions.

The Bar Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional standards of food and beverage service for guests. This position involves planning, organizing, and directing the overall beverage operations, including administration, marketing, and promotional activities, while being accountable for profitability and revenue generation.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for bar operations.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Hotel Manager.

Work Environment:

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering a variety of shifts and days. Flexibility is essential, particularly during peak evening and weekend hours, and shift patterns can be discussed during the interview process.
