Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership and training capabilities.
- Communicate effectively and provide exceptional service with attention to detail.

- Implement and maintain financial controls to align beverage costs, productivity, labor, and supply expenses with budgetary expectations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts for revenue and expenditures.
- Conduct Duty Management shifts as required by business needs.
- Compile and submit month-end reports, identifying variances from business objectives.
- Participate in management meetings to assess progress towards business goals and contribute to the annual business plan for the outlet.
- Work closely with kitchen and sales departments to plan and execute profit enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare post-event reports for the General Manager after promotional activities.
The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of beverage operations, including administration, marketing, and promotional activities, while being accountable for profitability and revenue generation.
Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly bar forecasts.
- Maintain constant communication with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Hotel Manager.
Work Environment:
Our establishment operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and schedules. While evenings and weekends are typically busier, we are open to discussing shift patterns and contracted hours during the interview process.
