Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our On Trade business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting Molson Coors as the supplier of choice by managing, developing, growing, and servicing a customer account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Research, plan, and organise territory to identify opportunities for own and factored portfolio, ensuring the most effective use of time, resources, and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Deliver brand and sales plans, providing a high-quality customer experience that achieves greater customer advocacy, while actively selling the Molson Coors drinks range and helping customers to sell-out through great brand execution.
- Play a significant role in our business by identifying underlying customer and business needs, and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- Sell and negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in account management, P&L account management, territory planning, and selling and negotiation. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with customers.
