About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Change Management Director to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our People and Change team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects, particularly from a people, organization, and change management perspective. You will be responsible for establishing trust and credibility with clients, building effective relationships, and contributing to client proposals and presentations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects
  • Establishing trust and credibility with clients
  • Contributing to client proposals and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal and external resources to deliver exceptional service
  • Meeting deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in collating and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Able to interact effectively with internal and external resources
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
  • High proficiency in MS Office

Desirable

  • Change management or HR qualification/accreditation
  • Understanding of best practice HR policies and end-to-end processes
  • Experience of applying key models and methodologies
  • Experience of facilitating workshops and designing training programs
