Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working in gas detection or electronic instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to support software applications and understand engineering processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically, with up to 30% travel.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Excel and Adobe InDesign.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work late afternoons to support American customers.
