Key Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:
- Provide support to the Central and Hotel Sales teams as well as the Vice President of Sales for the UK, Europe, and Strategic Accounts.
- Assist in the development and presentation of persuasive sales proposals.
- Address any relevant customer inquiries effectively.
- Compile and deliver accurate management reports to ensure that information regarding customer needs, interests, market activities, and personal activities is consistently updated through the M&C account management system.
- Aid in the implementation and upkeep of the Sales database as necessary.
- Coordinate sales activities to optimize revenue from existing accounts at both hotel and national/international levels.
- Regularly meet with the Director of Sales and Sales Managers to share customer feedback, challenges faced, sales data, competitor insights, and product updates.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing materials reflect the brand image of the hotels and group, aligning with the target market segment.
About You:
- Experience in the hotel and broader travel industry.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
