About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports, maintaining and updating clients and property databases, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client enquiries, provide information about properties, and schedule viewings.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and updating property listings.
  • Coordination and Organization: Schedule and organize meetings, viewings, and appointments for the sales team, and assist with invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
Requirements
  • Lettings Knowledge: Understanding of letting processes in the UK market.
  • Experience: 1 year + experience in a residential property company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Soft Skills: Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing priorities, ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
