Position: Healthcare Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of qualified healthcare professionals to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and the provision of exceptional care.
  • Facilitate team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and implement strategies for employee growth and development.
  • Address safeguarding issues, manage clinical on-call responsibilities, and uphold quality assurance protocols.
  • Formulate and execute clinical strategies, nurture client relationships, and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, collaborate with healthcare experts, and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse credential.
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • At least 12 months of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence.
