Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on prospect profiles and collaborate with sales managers on key deals to drive business growth.
  • Support the RFP and sales teams in gathering accurate, timely, and quality information from the business and reviewing drafts to ensure the RFP is tailored to prospects' needs.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and support all aspects of sales presentations and due diligence visits, including presentation booklets, sales materials, briefing memos, and sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and prospect databases.
  • Represent Northern Trust Corp. alongside sales teams at conferences and events as required.
  • Assist sales teams in preparing and running conferences, working closely with events managers.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc sales reports, including prospect and sales snapshots, to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze prospect data to identify target markets, differentiators, and product gaps, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Utilize knowledge of financial products and services, as well as basic sales concepts, to support the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, typically obtained through related work experience or formal education.
  • Ability to utilize a personal computer to develop sales tools and reports.
