Job Description

**Financial Representative**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Representative to join our team at Interactive Brokers. As a Financial Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting and collaborating with internal departments to improve and re-engineer our SIPP and ISA products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a market-leading SIPP and ISA offering that ensures compliance with FCA, HMRC, and CASS requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with rules, regulations, and legislation for all SIPP and ISA accounts and provide guidance as required.
  • Prepare MI reports on account performance and activity as requested by senior management.
  • Handle queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts and ensure excellent client service.
  • Monitor the performance of the SIPP & ISA offerings and ensure company strategies, objectives, and client service levels are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in growing a SIPP business within the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Experience with brokerage or financial technology is preferred but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of SIPP & ISA regulations, HMRC guidelines, and pension industry best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration.
  • Working knowledge of Self-Invested Personal Pensions with reference to appropriate experts when the cover falls outside your own experience.
  • Degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Management, etc.) or qualification in Pension administration or similar.
