Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Director to join our team at Dentsu. As a Programmatic Director, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of Programmatic campaigns, as well as solid experience in DSPs and Programmatic technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Programmatic strategies to drive business growth and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize Programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DSPs and ad exchanges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Programmatic activity as part of a range of different media mixes from our client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Programmatic trends and technologies to ensure our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience working within Programmatic.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using industry-standard ad serving/buying tools.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the market both locally and globally, and the role that Programmatic plays within the digital ecosystem.
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy.
  • Detail-oriented with first-class analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both as an individual or within a team.
  • Effective organization and time management.
  • Platform/tech experience in at least 2 DSPs including DV360, Amazon, or TTD.
