Job Title: Student Support Officer (Welfare)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Support Services team as a Student Support Officer (Welfare). This role will provide accurate information, advice, and guidance to students during their studies, with a focus on welfare and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive welfare support to students, including individual information, advice, and guidance.
  • Assist with maintaining and overseeing the "under 18" welfare policy and procedures to ensure students under 18 feel safe and supported.
  • Maintain accurate student records and provide reports and management information as required.
  • Assist with orientation week and deliver presentations on various topics.
  • Respond to basic information requests regarding accommodation provided by INTO.
  • Work with the Student Services team to deliver an all-inclusive social programme.
  • Promote and support the INTO Centre and business in a positive manner.
About You:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is approachable, has excellent communication skills, and can deal with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.

You will have strong observational skills, problem-solving abilities, and be committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young adults.
