Lancaster University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recruitment Service Assistant to join its new Employment and Recruitment Service. This exciting opportunity involves managing in-house temporary recruitment on behalf of the University and operating as a commercial temporary & permanent recruitment service within the local area to gain employment opportunities for Lancaster's Students and Graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working at a student-facing Recruitment Service Desk, you will be a confident communicator proficient in a range of media, able to analyze bulk data, and proactive in solving problems with a proven track record in outstanding customer service.
- You will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships, and enjoy financial processes including issuing timesheet administration, payroll queries, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
- You will be a service-driven and results-oriented individual with excellent general IT and administrative skills and a good first level of education (minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including Maths and English).
