Sales Operations Coordinator - Consignment and Sample Inventory

Draper Tools is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of their Pricing division. In this position, you will oversee the management of consignment inventory, sample inventory, and exhibition stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consignment inventory audits with Area Sales Managers
  • Process and invoice orders for consignment and sample inventory
  • Revise customer inventory contracts and agreements
  • Facilitate sample account reconciliations
  • Procure inventory for exhibitions and manage order processing
  • Generate reports on customer inventory holdings and sample account valuations

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity and familiarity with AS400 is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team
