Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Steadman Brown, a leading financial services company based in Bristol. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with Salesforce features and integrations.
  • Staying updated on Salesforce updates and innovations, ensuring the platform evolves in line with best practices.
  • Supporting user training and system adoption across the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce tools, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, web services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
