We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Aviva. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within our allocated area(s) of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deliver systems that help grow our business, exploring new technologies and tools to help and advance our technology development and optimize design.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.
  • Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as other Salesforce-specific technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our technology stack.

What You'll Get:

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
