Aviva is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within the allocated area(s) of responsibility.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering systems that help grow the business, exploring new technologies and tools to help and advance the technology development and optimise design. You will work closely with the team to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices; Working knowledge of Azure ADO is a plus experience with Agile Development methodologies like Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
