Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and support of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Salesforce development and implement solutions that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, CommunicationsCloud, ExperienceCloud, and CPQ.
  • Experience working with technologies such as Copado, Conga, Adobe Sign, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical support, customer service, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, including security by design, CIA triangle, and SSO.
  • Experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and Extensions.
