Administrator & Patient Concierge Opportunity

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator & Patient Concierge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the clinic team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a 5-star experience for all patients.
  3. Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Work full-time hours, with shifts between 7 am and 8 pm, on a fair rota basis.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
  2. Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  3. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
