We are a London-based firm that provides M&A advisory services to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and lower mid-market business owners.

We work with some of the largest private equity investors in the world and are constantly inspired by the entrepreneurs we represent.

As a Commercial Sales Executive at Anesi, you will drive Anesi's future growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships with UK-based business owners.

The ideal candidate will come from an Enterprise sales background or equivalent role in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.

This is an opportunity for someone that has been successful in their career to date and would be interested to cut their teeth in Corporate Finance, learning about Private Equity and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial negotiations with Private Equity firms, Law Firms, and Accountancies to execute on complex deals.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (Partners, Deal Execution, Investor Relations) to help drive and iterate Anesi's strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Solutions Sales.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, long-term sales cycles.
