About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an ambitious Commercial Growth Specialist to join its ASDA Sales team, working specifically for New Ventures – launching all new innovations into the Retailers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of New Ventures growth strategy and breakthrough innovation into the Retailers. This will involve working closely with internal senior stakeholders, external agencies, and customers to drive commercial growth and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages and situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, external agencies, and customers.
