About the Role

We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our design team at GoCardless. As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating engaging experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design and create visual assets, including logos, icons, and graphics, that align with our brand's tone and personality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in a tech or fintech company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including brand identity, visual design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
