Designer Parfums is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry. Our portfolio includes renowned brands such as GHOST, ARIANA GRANDE, JENNIFER LOPEZ, HAWAIIAN TROPIC, CERRUTI, and PLAYBOY.

Job Purpose

As a Global Brand Manager, you will play a key role in executing our global brand strategy and consumer platforms for fragrances. Your mission will be to engage a broad audience across various geographies and enhance the value of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global brand strategies and consumer platforms for fragrances.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in mix development execution, licensor meeting presentations, and market intelligence.
  • Drive the day-to-day management of product development phases and mix delivery with the agency and internal partners.
  • Lead the development of the product mix for new projects, including bottle, packaging, fragrance, advertising, PR, Digital, etc.
  • Define essential support elements to achieve a successful new product launch in connection with the markets and Trade Marketing.
  • Identify needs with the Trade Marketing & promo team and propose promotional programs for existing and new products.

Requirements

  1. 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing; MBA preferred.
  2. 5+ years of Marketing experience, including Global Fragrance Marketing Development.
  3. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (German, French, etc.)
  4. Autonomous, creative, and possess business acumen.
  5. Flexible, agile, adaptable, enthusiastic, curious, collaborative, positive, and digitally savvy.
