As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth across the Middle East region for a global beverages brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing innovation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-category teams and external partners.
* Providing insights on consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform local market strategies.
* Tracking and delivering the marketing plan, managing creative processes, and developing marketing materials for the region.
* Collaborating with the SBM to track media plan performance and manage digital & social media campaigns.
* Sourcing and managing agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong academics, ideally to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience in FMCG brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts.
* Experience in end-to-end innovation projects, market research, and data analysis.
* Proficiency in consumer insights, social media campaigns, and communication plans.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
* International experience or familiarity with the Middle East market would be a plus.
