Global Senior Brand Manager

Perrigo Company is dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable self-care products that consumers trust worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to lead our strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy across Europe, driving growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, innovation, quality, and supply, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design and implement a 5-year category strategy, focusing on consumer-centric innovation, go-to-market strategies, and activation platforms.
  • Stay ahead of consumer trends, competition, and regulatory changes, integrating insights into our growth strategy roadmap.
  • Work closely with top-tier countries across Europe to drive brand success.
  • Lead the innovation pipeline, from concept development to master text, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with creative and media agencies to develop activation toolkits, leveraging consumer insights and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing actions on sales, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Manage P&L ownership, including A&P management and optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of strategic thinking and execution.
  • Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work at pace, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proven track record of generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management, and 4Ps excellence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing peers, leadership, and local teams.
  • Strong drive for results, proactive attitude, and performance tracking skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Experience analyzing market data and financials, with a focus on P&L ownership.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the healthcare, OTC, or FMCG industry, with a passion for leading by example.
